CAPNEMO Presents to Kirksville Kiwanis
The Kirksville Kiwanis Club welcomed Jenn Vaughn to speak at their June 19th, 2025 meeting! Vaughn is the Head Start Director for Community Action Partnership of Northeast Missouri - CAPNEMO. Jenn presented on the new Family Connections Center at Devlin Place in Kirksville!
