CAPNEMO and MCD Partner to Remove Dead Trees
CAPNEMO recently partnered with the Missouri Department of Conservation’s Landowner and Community Assistance Program to help us remove two dead ash trees in Kirksville through their cost-share program. Healthy trees are vital to our community, and this program emphasizes the importance of replacing what’s lost.
For every tree removed, two new ones had to be planted. While we didn’t replant the trees at their original site, we were happy to donate them to the City of Kirksville. These trees now have a new home behind Black Field at North Park!
