Head Start Director Attends UCLA Anderson School of Management
Jenn Vaughn, our Head Start Director, recently traveled to UCLA to begin her journey with the New Director Mentor Initiative (NDMI) — a national program designed to support new Head Start directors through leadership development, networking opportunities, and personalized mentorship conducted by the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Jenn was paired with her mentor, Michael Patterson, a seasoned Head Start leader who will guide and support her throughout the yearlong program. We’re so excited to see Jenn grow in this new chapter of leadership!
