Jenn Vaughn and Eric Amini-Rad Receive Their CCAP Credentials
CAPNEMO leadership staff attended the National Community Action Conference in Detroit, Michigan!
Community Action Partnerships from across the country gathered to train, collaborate, and celebrate the incredible work being done in our network.
We are especially proud to share that our very own Head Start Director, Jenn Vaughn, and Weatherization Director, Eric Amini-Rad, earned their CCAP (Certified Community Action Professional) designation!
The CCAP credential recognizes senior-level leaders who have demonstrated deep knowledge, experience, and commitment to the mission of community action. It is one of the highest professional honors in our field, showing excellence in leadership, advocacy, and service to low-income communities.
We are so proud of Jenn and Eric for their hard work and dedication, they make CAPNEMO and our community stronger every day!
