    The Education Services Coach/Trainer is responsible for carrying out key components of the program’s coordinated coaching strategy for education staff and contracted childcare partners. Through these efforts, education staff will improve their ability to enhance school readiness skills for children and families.

    Ability to work collaboratively across diverse populations and systems.

    Family Advocate/Center Supervisor is responsible for working with families, assessing their needs, and assisting in meeting needs according to program objectives. The FA/CS must be qualified to work with families that are expecting and/or have very young children in a culturally relevant manner. They must have knowledge of prenatal development, breastfeeding, drug and alcohol prevention, early childhood development, Head Start requirements, and be sensitive to families and their individual needs. They must be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and be respectful of varied family cultures and environments.  The FA/CS must be able to work well with partner sites to provide family services to the parents and oversee daily center operations, including assurance of compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and Missouri Child Care Licensing Regulations.
